Returns and Refunds Policy

Full Refunds Policy

You may return only new, unopened items sold by Crayeon3 within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping, subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. No restocking fee will be levied if the return is a result of our error.

Crayeon3 does not accept returns of the following items:

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC label.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Gift certificates.

Items that meet the above guidelines will receive a full refund, excluding shipping, subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Partial Refunds Policy

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines may receive partial refunds or the item will be shipped back to you. Examples of only partial refunds include (but not necessarily encompass):

Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 50% of item's price.
Any item that has obvious signs of use: 10-20% of item's price.
Any item that has been opened (taken out of its original shrink wrap or other forms of packaging): 10-20% of item's price.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: 0-5% of items price

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original certificate expiration date will still apply.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

How To Return an Item

Should you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@crayeon3.com with your order number and tell us the nature of your product return BEFORE returning the actual product to us. Item returns not meeting our Full Refunds Policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your return.

Note: we reserve the right to refund you with a gift certificate of the same value to be used on your next purchase.
